Water-based Two-component Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat

This product is a water-based two-component self-drying product, made of water-based aliphatic acrylic polyurethane resin, HDI as curing agent, and added with environmentally friendly pigments, fillers, and functional additives. It features strong adhesion, high hardness, and excellent anti-corrosion effects while being safe and environmentally friendly.

Key Features: Plump and dense film, bright color, high gloss, good weather resistance, and mechanical strength. Easy to operate and construct.

• Environment: Carry out at 5~35ºC and relative humidity below 80%. Substrate temperature should be >3ºC above dew point.
• Preparation: Clean dust and stir paint evenly. High-pressure airless spraying is recommended for best quality.
• Mixing: As a two-component product, mix according to demand. Use within 2 hours in summer and 4 hours in winter.
• Protection: Protect the film within 96 hours after spraying from water or liquid contact.

Ventilation: Use under well-ventilated conditions. Wear ventilated masks, goggles, and protective gloves.

Emergency: If splashed on skin, rinse with soap and water. If in eyes, rinse thoroughly and seek medical treatment immediately.

Environment: Product should not flow into the sewage system. Observe local government safety regulations.
