Subfloor Preparation: Thoroughly clean surface of oil, dust, and debris. Sand uneven ground to eradicate loose concrete. Ensure subfloor is impeccably dry. Use LG660 for absorbent substrates or LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces.
Mixing: Precisely balanced water-to-mortar ratio at 22%. Use approx 5L-6L water for 25kg bag. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
Application: Use a specialized notched trowel to manage thickness (3-8mm). Prior to setting, utilize a defoaming roller to eliminate air bubbles. Apply within a 20-minute timeframe to avoid premature setting.
