1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings.
2. Deploy expert sanding techniques to smooth out uneven areas and remove loose concrete.
3. Seal leaks with a dependable stopper; ensure the ground remains dry. For summer outdoor projects, lightly moisten the ground and let it dry before application.
4. Use interface agents: LG660 for absorbent substrates or LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces.

Ratio: Water to mortar ratio is calibrated at 22% (5 liters of water per 25kg bag).

Steps:
• Apply 1-2 coats of primer to the base surface and let dry.
• Gradually mix 25kg of mortar into 5L of water until smooth.
• Pour material and spread with a trowel; use a roller to remove air bubbles.

• Temperature: Apply between 5ºC and 30ºC; avoid direct sunlight and rain.
