Product Description

Thickener ASE-60 is a high-performance, cross-linked alkali swellable emulsion (ASE) thickener. Formed by the copolymerization of polymer polyacrylate and methacrylic acid, it offers low viscosity in acidic mediums while achieving high thickening efficiency in alkaline conditions.

Ideal for: Latex paints, waterborne coatings, printing pastes, natural/synthetic latex, and cosmetic formulations.

This thickener is professional-grade for high elastic glue water and various coating systems. It acts as a stabilizer and protector for polymers.

Dosage Guidelines:
  1. Adjust paint pH to 8-9 using ammonia water.
  2. Dilute ASE-60 with water (recommended ratio 1:1 or 1:2).
  3. Add slowly (typically 0.5-2.5% of total formulation) under low-speed stirring until target viscosity is reached.
