Usage Method & Guidelines

Mixing ratio: Resin 0.8-2.0% (by weight of sand), curing agent 20-25% (by weight of resin).

Sand mixing: Mix sand with curing agent first, then add resin. Mixing time: 5-60 seconds.

Speed Adjustment: Replace with different types of curing agents or mix agents with different speeds.

Matters Needing Attention

Operators should wear protective equipment and ensure good ventilation. In case of contact, wash with running water immediately.
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep container sealed.
It is strictly prohibited to cut or heat any container that has been emptied without thorough cleaning.
Packaging: RESIN available in 200kg and 1000kg barreled forms.
