● Product Description

Wear-resistant ceramic adhesive, also known as AB adhesive, is a high-performance adhesive specifically designed for affixing wear-resistant ceramic sheets or liners onto equipment substrates to provide superior protection.

It is widely utilized in bonding ceramic plates and metal under environments up to 150℃. Typical applications include coal transport systems, pulverization, ash discharge, dust removal systems in thermal power plants, and batching systems in smelting or steel plants (hoppers, silos, pipes, elbows, ball mills, etc.).

Ceramic Bonding Application
● Usage Method & Notices
Step 1

Eliminate oil, dust, and rust from the adhesive surface. Roughen by grinding and clean with acetone or ethyl acetate before drying.

Step 2

Mix A and B components at a weight ratio of 1:1. Stir until the color is consistent. Apply evenly to the treated surface.

Step 3

Close contact surfaces and apply pressure. Structural strength is reached within 8 to 10 hours.

Note: At 25℃, the application window is approximately 30 minutes. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; clean with alcohol or soap if contact occurs.

● Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the correct mixing ratio for this epoxy adhesive?
The weight ratio for Components A and B is 1:1. It is crucial to stir them evenly until the color becomes uniform to ensure proper curing.
Q2: What is the maximum temperature this adhesive can withstand?
This adhesive is designed to maintain high bonding strength at temperatures up to 150℃, with a stable operating range from -60℃ to 150℃.
Q3: How long does the adhesive take to reach structural strength?
Under normal conditions, it takes approximately 8 to 10 hours to reach structural strength, after which the equipment can be moved or used.
Q4: Can I get a sample for testing before placing a bulk order?
Yes, free samples can be provided for testing purposes to ensure the product meets your specific technical requirements.
Q5: What is the shelf life and storage requirement?
The shelf life is two years. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. If the viscosity remains suitable after two years, it can often still be used.
Q6: How are the goods typically delivered for international orders?
Samples are usually sent via express services like DHL, UPS, or FEDEX. Mass production orders are typically shipped via sea transportation.
