SFC-AE01 Air Entraining Admixture is also known as a foaming agent. It is an air-entraining agent concentrate modified with polyether, featuring strong calcium soap dispersion, excellent hard water resistance, superior foaming ability, and foam stability.
It is widely used in cement and gypsum-based material systems. SFC-AE01 can be used together with all kinds of water-reducing admixtures and high-range water-reducing admixtures, including polycarboxylate type superplasticizers.
Dosage Rate: The amount varies with local materials and performance requirements, usually in the range of 0.0001% to 0.05% of the weight of cementitious materials.
Mixing: SFC-AE01 can be added to mixing water at the plant mixer or mixing truck. It can also be dissolved in various water-reducing admixtures before mixing.
SFC-AE01 should be stored at temperatures above 5℃. While freezing does not permanently harm the performance, precautions should be taken. If frozen, thaw and reconstitute with mechanical agitation (do not use pressurized air).
