Air entraining agent is a special admixture that dissolves in water and is added to concrete mixtures. It produces numerous tiny, uniform bubbles during mixing to significantly improve performance.
Key Functions:
AE-330 is a mixture of specialized surfactants for building materials with excellent compatibility with various materials such as polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents.
1. Fast Foaming: Quickly forms uniform fine bubbles, improving production efficiency with minimal impact on strength.
2. High Stability: Low dosage requirements with bubbles that are resistant to breaking or merging, ensuring structural uniformity.

Storage: Store in a ventilated, dry place. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight. Seal immediately after use.

It is suitable for polycarboxylic acid concrete additives, wet mortar additives, foamed gypsum, and foamed cement.
The standard packaging is 180KG Plastic Drums or 1000KG IBC. Bulk orders benefit from lower transportation costs.

While both have high air-entraining capacity, AE-330 is specifically optimized for gypsum foaming and wet mortar systems, whereas AE-360 is broader for concrete systems.
The shelf life is 12 months from the date of production when stored in original sealed packaging.
If used for products like foaming gypsum, it is necessary to pre-disperse the foam before adding the gypsum.
