Acrylic Flake Usage: Acrylic Flake blends allow you to achieve the color of your choice. Designed for use with epoxy floor coatings, these flakes create a full or partial flake floor. By controlling the color and texture, you can significantly brighten or soften any environment. These hard platelets are tasteless and offer a high-grade granite texture effect through a simple application process.
Our acrylic flakes are widely used in epoxy floors, artificial stone counter-tops, polyester sheets, and water-based latex paints. They integrate fully with resins to make surfaces colorful, fashionable, and highly durable.
Required Tools: Roller, spray gun, air compressor, paint brush, and adhesive tape.
(1) Coat the wall with emulsion varnish; repeat after drying.
(2) Spray rock slices from 50cm away using a spray gun.
(3) Apply transparent finishing coat for surface protection.
(1) Apply floating coat at block sizes of 1.5m x 1.5m.
(2) Spray or drip flakes naturally over the wet surface.
(3) Once dry, apply a transparent top coat with a roller brush.
