Cement-based self-level is a dry mortar composed of cement as the main cementitious material, with the addition of aggregates, fillers, polymer modifiers and additives. When stirred with water, it forms a slurry with excellent fluidity, automatically leveling by gravity to form a hardened ground layer with high flatness and low shrinkage.
1. Base Surface: Remove oil/dust. Ensure solid and dry (water content ≤4%). Apply interface agent.
2. Mixing: Add water in proportion and mechanically stir until no particles remain.
3. Pouring: Use a tooth scraper to assist paving and a defoaming roller to exhaust air.
4. Maintenance: Avoid stepping within 24 hours.
Storage: 25kg/bag. Store in dry, ventilated environment. Shelf life is 12 months (unopened).
Safety: Wear gloves and masks. Keep area ventilated. Dispose of hardened waste as construction waste.
