Polymer mortar for concrete structure reinforcement (high-strength repair mortar) is mainly composed of high-strength cement, high-molecular polymer, composite expansion agent, polypropylene fiber, micro-powder admixture, etc.
Used for repairing surface defects of concrete structures such as erosion, spalling, exposed rebars, honeycombs, and leaks through plastering. It provides protection against scouring, air erosion, freezing/thawing, and carbonation. Ideal for highways, bridges, airport runways, and reinforcement with steel wire mesh or carbon fiber grids.
