Alkali-free solid setting agent is a high-performance, environmentally friendly, and chlorine-free accelerator. It is specifically designed to accelerate cement solidification while significantly enhancing both early and late-stage strength and anti-seepage properties.

Ingredients: This product belongs to the aluminum sulfate system. It is non-toxic, non-radioactive, non-corrosive, and non-flammable.

Safety Precautions: Wear a mask and goggles when handling. Avoid skin and eye contact; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Storage: Keep powder bags intact to prevent moisture. Liquid forms should be stored above 5ºC in plastic or glass fiber reinforced barrels. Avoid iron containers due to weak acidity.

Recommended Dosage: 6-9% relative to cement weight. Actual dosage depends on cement type, ambient temperature, and project requirements.

Compounding: Use a plastic reactor with a high-speed mixer (over 600 rpm). The recommended weight ratio of powder to water is 1:1. Stir for 0.5 - 1 hour at water temperatures above 10ºC.
