Subfloor Preparation: Eliminate oil, dust, and loose debris. Grind uneven surfaces and vacuum thoroughly. Use appropriate interface treatment agents based on substrate absorption.
Mixing: Gradually add 25kg of compound to 6.5L of water. Mix until lump-free. Pour and spread using a notched trowel. Protect from direct sunlight and wind during application.
Finishing: Use a defoaming roller before setting to eliminate air bubbles. For large areas, pumps with 20-40 L/min capacity are recommended.
