Thickness Application

Our exceptional K80 cement is designed for unmatched versatility, accommodating application thicknesses from a refined 3mm to a sturdy 8mm in one smooth, seamless layer.

Subfloor Preparation
  • Eradicate oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings.
  • Sand the floor to remove loose concrete and impurities.
  • Maintain a dry base, devoid of puddles and moisture.
  • Use LG660 for absorbent substrates or LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces.
Application Process

1. Cleaning & Priming: Clean the base layer and apply the appropriate primer. Wait 2 to 6 hours for drying.

2. Mixing: Pour 5 liters of water into a container. Gradually add 25kg of K80 compound. Mix until lump-free. Apply using a notched trowel to control thickness.

3. Defoaming: Before the compound sets, use a defoaming roller to expel air bubbles.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Temperature: 5°C to 30°C.
  • Apply within a 20-minute window once mixed.
  • Protect from direct sunlight, wind, and water during curing.
