1. Subfloor Preparation: Eliminate oil stains, dust, and loose debris. Use sanding techniques to smooth irregularities. Seal any leaks to ensure the surface is dry. For summer projects, lightly dampen the ground and allow to dry before application.
2. Interface Treatment: Use water-based absorbent interface agents for high-absorbency substrates or non-absorbent agents for smooth surfaces.
3. Mixing: Calibrated at a precise 22% water-to-mortar ratio. Add 5 liters of water to 25kg of repair mortar. Mix thoroughly until smooth and homogeneous.
4. Execution: Pour material into the repair area. Use a trowel for even distribution and a roller to remove air bubbles for a flawless finish.
