Hand-push road resurfacing sprayer / Anti-emulsifying asphalt spreader
Application: The asphalt spreader is a kind of black road machinery, designed for gravel layer paving of asphalt penetration type. It ensures rolling extrusion is evenly dense and smooth. On a clean, dry base, it performs the first pass of asphalt spraying, followed by strike and sealing material coverage, and a second spraying until the asphalt surface formation is complete.
(1) Intelligent Control: Diesel burner with electronic constant temperature automatic control. When material reaches the set temperature, it automatically enters insulation mode.
(2) Indirect Heating: Utilizes heat conduction oil forced circulation to avoid asphalt carbonization.
(3) Durable Components: Imported electric heating material tube with accurate temperature control. Both potting and ordinary asphalt can be used. Controllable flow direction ensures tidy seam filling.
(4) High Efficiency: Advanced two-stage melting technology greatly reduces heating time. Allows adding grouting materials at any time to ensure continuous operation.
