💡 Why choose Two-Part Sealed Hardener?

1. Avoids surface cracks that often appear after 3-5 years with single-component materials.

2. Ideal for old, loose cement ground to ensure a hard and beautiful finish.

Note: The two-part system (alkaline + acidic) can extend service life up to 20 years.

Clean the ground using professional dust pushing or washing machines.

Base Surface treatment: Polish with 50-300 mesh grinding plates until smooth; vacuum thoroughly.

Spray CFS-300 base dense sealer (0.15Kg/sqm). Adjust amount based on absorption for 3 hours.

Fine ground: After 12 hours, moisten and grind with 300 mesh to remove surface dirt.

Spray CFS-301 hardening sealer (0.2kg/sqm) after ground is completely dry.

Further grinding: After 3 hours, use a 500-mill grinder and dry the ground mud.

Polishing: Use 1000-3000 mesh grinding plates for a refined finish.

Mirror finish: Apply CFS-400 polishing agent and use 6000 mesh sponge polishing for a mirror effect.
