Anti-Mildew Water-Based Acrylic Liquid Rubber Coating for Roofs

Application range:

This product can be widely used in projects such as concrete roofs, metal roofs, and glazed tile roofs.

• High temperature resistance of 120ºC and low temperature resistance of -20ºC
• Strong elasticity after film formation and excellent tensile crack resistance
• Strong weather resistance and waterproof performance of up to 30 years
• Resistant to natural aging such as ozone, and chemical corrosion (acid and alkali)
• Single-component water-based product, eco-friendly construction performance

Construction process:

1. Preparation: Check substrate, repair holes/cracks, remove debris and dust.
2. Base Treatment: Use polymer modified liquid to strengthen treatment; keep surface dry.
3. Construction: Choice of roller coating, spraying or brushing (minimum 2 coats).
